These tariffs are for a mimimum of two nights.

BOOKINGS To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. If we do not receive your deposit, we will not be able to ensure the availability of your room for the required dates. Arrival time at Lillydale is at 2pm and departure time is at 10am. If you require any changes to these times, an additional charge of $50 will be included on your tariff.
The nearest convenience store is within 18kms and the nearest supermarket is just under 60kms away. School holiday tariffs are the same as weekend tariffs.
WHAT TO BRING Nice casual dress is fine. Thongs, crocs or high heel shoes are not acceptable. For horse riding you will need long pants and sturdy shoes. Helmets are available but you may like to bring your own as it guarantees a correct fit. Gumboots and raincoats are sometimes handy in the winter whilst sunscreen and a hat is essential in the summer. If you can fit them in, the terrain here is fine for bicycles.
Please Note It is a condition of your reservation that all activities undertaken at Lillydale are done entirely at your own risk and no responsibility will be accepted by the management for any injury to persons or property. Please note that all rates and activities are subject to change without notice. Being a working farm not all of the farm activities are available all of the times and may vary according to the prevailing weather conditions.
Once you book off farm activities we are unable to provide a refund. Even if you choose not to go we will have to take payment for these activities.
Please leave your rooms in a tidy condition with dishes washed, dried and put away. Failure to do so may incur a $50 excess cleaning fee.
It is a condition of your booking that any property damage, (including accidental damage) will be charged to you at the full replacement/repair cost, at our discretion and may be payable upon your departure. We understand that accidents do happen and we value your honesty so we appreciate you reporting any damage to us as soon as possible. If the damage is found after your departure we reserve the right to charge the amount to your credit card.
CANCELLATIONS We do not accept cancellations. We do accept one date change per reservation.
