Eco Cabin/Cottage

Now available at Lillydale is a georgeous environmentally friendly cabin  This cabin features environmentally sustainable practices and products. All timber featured is sourced from a timber plantation which avoided the destruction of old growth forests.

The orientation of the cabin ensures the rising sun warms the living room and the deck protects the cabin from the hot afternoon sun. Heavy insulation was also used so that it remains cool on the hottest of days and warm on the colder days. Maximum natural light has been used with skylights featured in the design and watersaving appliances are found throughout the cabin and captured grey water is used on the gardens outside.

The Cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen area and bathroom. The deck has fantastic views of Mt Barney and Mt Maroon. This cabin is fantastic for couples who would like to pretend that they are the only ones left on Earth or for families who prefer to have a little more room to themselves.

Bedroom one has a King size bed and bedroom two has two King single beds. The Living room area has two Double sofa beds and a single bed.

Bookings are being taken now, please call or email us to book your stay. The cabin is $495 per night on weekdays and $595 per night on weekends or school holidays.
