All meals at Lillydale must be booked one week before arrival as we like to use the freshest ingredients available and our suppliers require us to order ahead of their harvest.
Lillydale Farmstay tries to use fresh local produce at all times. Breakfast is a hearty country style affair with free range farm fresh eggs featured everyday. The eggs are collected daily by our guests and are then used the next morning.
Lunch is a simple affair with toasted sandwiches or a light chicken and pecan salad prepared using Lillydale's own pecan nuts.
Dinner is a three course meal which starts with a nice hot soup in Winter, a delicious main course which regularly features Lillydale's very own Angus steak and a delicious old fashioned dessert such as sticky date pudding or raspberry brulee.
