Lillydale Farmstay Leads The Way In Queensland
Lillydale Farmstay was recognised this week for their leadership in
ensuring that all staff were trained in the Aussie Host Program
sponsored by Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC).
Lillydale is the first business in Queensland to attain this milestone.
At the Cultural Centre in Boonah, Mayor John Brent opened the
Aussie Host celebration and congratulated Kim Harrington and
Suzanne Noakes for their part in this important program.
Owner, Pam Hardgrave said that her business had increased
significantly since her staff had completed the course. The business
received many compliments from guests who are amazed at the
level of service they receive when they stay with us.
As a result of our customer service our repeat visitation is high.
Some guests have returned up to 22 times in our eight years of
operation. We always encourage our staff to go the extra mile to
make our guests stay extraordinary. We encourage all businesses
that are in the tourism industry to take part in this program.
