While you're here on your authentic Queensland farm holidays, you stay with our family in the original homestead and experience country lifestyle surrounded by truly genuine rural people. Lillydale has just three suites in the homestead and one cabin (only a five minute walk from the homestead or bring your pushbikes with you) which ensures a personalized country experience where you can really get away from it all and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of crowded city life.

Your room is a fully self-contained, private, modern suite that has a AAA 4.5 star rating (out of 5), the only farmstay in Queensland that offers this. All suites and the cabin have access to gas bbq's. We recommend a minimum stay of two nights as there are so many activities to try a one night stay gives you very little time to try everything.

Please note: As Lillydale is approximately 90 minutes from Brisbane and the Gold Coast and 40 minutes from Beaudesert we suggest you stock up on groceries along the way and bring all of your supplies with you to avoid spending the day driving instead of having fun at Lillydale. Please note that all rooms are self-contained with access to gas BBQs. For your convenience we have a refrigerator, a microwave, electric fry pan, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery for four people supplied.

If you really want to eat out, the nearest restaurant is 20 minutes away in Rathdowney, but remember our roads do not have streetlights and are narrow, winding country roads with an abundance of wildlife. If you go out we suggest driving under the speed limit to avoid injuring native animals (or your car). In addition, each room also contains a television and a dvd player. Feel free to bring some of your favourite dvd's for you and your family to watch as there is no video hire shop nearby.
